He may be a woman beater, but surely Chris Brown can't be a homophobe too? Say it ain't so!
There had been tension between Brown and the newly out (as having his first sexual encounter with a man) Frank Ocean prior to his same-sex revelations, with blows being traded between the two over Twitter. However since the 'outing' Brown has been relatively quiet to his Twitter-nemesis, until now that is.
Whilst leaving a Cannes nightclub over the weekend, Brown is reported to have commented on a question relating to Ocean, saying simply: "man, no homo."
He took to Twitter yesterday to try and clear things up a little insisting that he was in no way trying to offend the Odd Future soul man. "My Opinion on the whole Frank Ocean subject is ......... Love who u wanna love. It's ur decision. People stop searching for BS."But whether his response is genuine or not, it doesn't get Brown off the hook that easily - this not being the first time that Brown has been accused of homophobia.
At the end of 2010 Brown angrily Tweeted insults to the rapper RAZ, who had initially commented on his behaviour with singer and Brown's ex Rihanna, calling him a "D*ck in da a*s lil boy," "homothug" and a user of a "buttplug".
Although, after sending a few more homophobia-laced Tweets, Brown eventually apologised to any of his gay fans and pleaded that he isn't homophobic, Brown may end up facing repercussions after this particular outburst.
Ocean has yet to comment on either the 'diss' or the 'explanation'.
