Muse rocker Chris Wolstenholme is celebrating after raising more than $12,000 (£7,500) by growing a moustache throughout November (11) to raise awareness of prostate cancer.
As part of the quirky initiative, dubbed Movember, men across the world seek sponsorship to grow bushy facial hair, and the bassist signed up to the challenge.
He's been keeping his Twitter.com followers updated with pictures of the moustache, and fans have pledged donations throughout the month.
The rocker also invited other men taking part to join his fundraising 'team' - and, now November is over and Wolstenholme is free to shave off his facial hair, his online charity page stands at $12,022 (£7,514).
