Cro-mags rockers William Berario and Michael Couls have been treated in hospital after they were allegedly slashed with a knife by a former member of the band.
The punk stars were waiting to take to the stage at New York's Webster Hall venue on Friday night (06Jul12) when ex-bassist Harley Flanagan reportedly burst into the dressing room.
A scuffle broke out and Berario and Couls were left with knife wounds, according to the New York Post.
Berario was cut near his eye and received a bite wound to the cheek, and Couls was slashed on his stomach and arm. The injuries were not life-threatening.
Flanagan was seized by police officers and the venue's security guards and was taken to hospital for treatment for a broken leg.
An eyewitness tells the publication, "Someone was yelling, 'Get his hands, get his hands, he's got a knife.' Everything went nuts."
The concert, part of the Cbgb Festival, was cancelled.
Cro-Mags frontman John Joseph MCGowan told the audience, "You can all thank Harley Flanagan for ruining the night for everyone."
