Miley Cyrus' tragic tourbus driver who lost his life after a road accident on Friday (19Nov09) suffered a cardiac arrest in the crash, according to a new report.
Bill Douglas died and nine people were injured after one of Cyrus' four coaches transporting her crew to Greensboro, North Carolina flipped over on a highway in Virginia.
A newly leaked emergency dispatch call indicates Douglas may have suffered a heart attack while he was trapped shortly after the accident.
In the clip, obtained by U.S. news show Access Hollywood, a caller can be heard telling authorities, "RV (recreational vehicle) flipped over. The man just went into cardiac arrest. We are going to need some help soon... He’s moving... He's turning purple."
Cyrus was not travelling with her crew at the time of the incident - instead, she had boarded a flight to her native Nashville, Tennessee.
The Hannah Montana star has paid tribute to the 53 year old and will go ahead with the concert her entourage was travelling to before the ill-fated tragedy.
