Daniel Craig finds it ''boring'' training to be James Bond.

But the 44-year-old actor - who has portrayed the suave spy in three movies, 'Casino Royale', 'Quantum of Solace' and 'Skyfall' - insists he doesn't find it ''unpleasant'' undergoing tough workout sessions to ensure he is in shape for the role, and likes having some time to do ''something mindless''.

He said: ''The work out is OK - you can switch off. So I suppose that part, I enjoy it, I can get away to do something mindless and relax a bit.

''It's not unpleasant but it can be boring.''

While Daniel insists he hasn't been able to apply any of Bond's physical talents to his own life, he has picked up plenty of skills off-camera while filming the 007 movies.

He added in an interview with Nuts magazine: ''It's all make-believe. I mean, it's true but it's nothing to do with real life. The skills I'm learning are those you don't see on camera - they're to do with working with people and how you interact with people.

''And how you want to get the job done. It's nothing to do with me jumping out of an aircraft.''
