Daniel Craig took the blame when Naomie Harris got things wrong while filming 'Skyfall'.

Naomie stars alongside the actor in the latest James Bond film, and found him to be as much of a gentleman as his character when they were filming together.

She said: ''It was all quite nerve-wracking, but he was very reassuring. It was great to have someone be like, 'We're just going to do this together, it's going to be OK, and if you don't get it right, we'll do it again.

''Sometimes I'd mess up and he'd say things like, 'No, it was me' and take the blame.''

Naomie - who has previously starred in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise and '28 Days Later...' - added she wasn't quite ready for the level of scrutiny and attention that comes with being cast in a Bond movie.

The 36-year-old star - who portrays field agent Eve in the forthcoming film - added to InStyle magazine: ''I was cast three months before the announcement. I was scared that if it leaked, I'd have the part taken from me. Everybody kept saying to me, 'It's really big, you're part of a big machine.' To be honest, I didn't believe anyone, because I'd been part of 'Pirates' and I thought, 'Well, I've experienced that'. But Bond is a whole other level of attention and press scrutiny.''
