Victoria Beckham - David And Victoria Beckham Invited To Royal Wedding
David and Victoria Beckham are among the 1,900 guests invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding on April 29.
The soccer star and The Fashion designer reportedly received their invite to the April 29 nuptials - which will take place at London's Westminster Abbey - over the weekend and are said to be thrilled at the prospect of going.
David and William - who is president of the English Football Association - became close after leading England's failed bid to host the 2018 soccer World Cup, while Victoria recently revealed she would be sending over a collection of her dresses for Kate to wear.
The couple are thought to have been invited to the ceremony and to a lunchtime buffet for 600 people hosted by Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace.
However, they will not attend the more intimate dinner dance in the evening, which is being hosted by William's dad Prince Charles for 300 people.
1,900 guests have been invited to the main part of the wedding, with courtiers saying Westminster Abbey's pews will contain a "small number" of A-list stars and a "good proportion" of soldiers and pilots, as well as more than 1,000 friends and family and 80 charity workers to reflect the prince's "fairly ordinary life" living in North Wales and serving with the Royal Air Force.
British Prime Minister David Cameron has also been invited as have 100 foreign royals and dignitaries.
Another high-profile omission from the list is Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew's ex-wife and mother of William's cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
