Cult moviemaker David Lynch is auctioning off his expertise to budding screenwriters in a bid to raise cash for his Transcendental Meditation foundation.
The brains behind TV series Twin Peaks and the movies Blue Velvet and Mulholland Drive has offered to read and review a script from the highest bidder - an auction item estimated at $10,000 (£6,250).
As WENN went to press, five bidders had pushed the running total to $1,350 (£844).
The auction runs until 12 July (12) and also includes a coffee date with horror director Eli Roth, guitar lessons from Steve Vai and Sir Paul MCCartney's son James, the chance to meet comedians Russell Brand and Jerry Seinfeld, and a walk-on role in hit TV drama Boardwalk Empire.
All proceeds will benefit the David Lynch Foundation, which funds the teaching of calming Transcendental Meditation in schools.
