David Schwimmer has sold his Los Angeles home for $8.865 million.
The 'Friends' actor's mansion, which is in the upmarket Hancock Park neighbourhood, has finally sold for less than its $10.2 million asking price - which was itself $500,000 lower than the value when the property was first listed late last year.
According to Real Estalker, the house is now home to filmmaker Eric Eisner, his fashion designer wife Stacey Bendet and their two children.
The couple will have plenty of space in their new abode, which features nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while their kids will have an abundance of room to play outdoors in more than one acre of land.
Eric and Stacey might also enjoy the inclusion of a library in their new abode as a useful educational tool for their kids, and cold nights will be a thing of the past in their household thanks to the presence of five fireplaces in their new home.
While David did not receive as much money as he'd hoped for the property, he still managed to make a small profit after purchasing the mansion for $5.5 million in 2001.
The 45-year-old actor and his wife Zoe Buckman - who he married in June 2010 after announcing their engagement in March of that year - may be looking for a new home with more outdoor space after welcoming their first child, Cleo, into the world in May 2011.
