Chris Brown has been accused of faking his community service records.

The 'Beautiful People' singer was ordered to complete 180 days of voluntary work in his native Virginia in August 2009 following his arrest for beating on/off girlfriend Rihanna, but it has now emerged Chris might have been lying about fulfilling his duties.

The 23-year-old R&B star's probation could be revoked after the Los Angeles Country District Attorney (D.A.) filed legal documents on Tuesday (02.05.13), claiming they had found no ''credible, competent or verifiable evidence'' that Chris performed the service and labelling his documentation ''at best sloppy ... and at worst fraudulent reporting.''

TMZ is reporting Chris was only supervised for nine or 10 days during his community service at Tappahannock Children's Centre, where his mother Joyce Hawkins used to be a director. The star's mum allegedly gave bogus evidence of times, location and types of duty he performed - including painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up litter.

Brian T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, Virginia, also provided records and wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, stating Chris successfully completed 202 days of community service, 22 more than he was required.

The L.A. County D.A. is insisting the records are made up and is asking for him to fulfill his obligation in Los Angeles instead.
