Diplo wants to work with Jack White.

The DJ and producer has made tracks with Usher, M.I.A, Chris Brown and Beyonce, and would love to get in the studio with the garage rocker.

When asked by Riverfronttimes.com who he'd like to work with, Diplo said: ''Jack White is amazing. Someone like that.

''I just like to keep on working and make music and have people listen to it. I never pick an artist to produce, they just hit me up and every time it's been a good experience.''

Jack - former singer and songwriter in The White Stripes - is a frequent collaborator with those who come to record at his Third Man studios in Nashville, Tennessee, cutting tracks with Sir Tom Jones and rockabilly star Wanda Jackson. He is also no stranger to unusual collaborations, working with rap group Insane Clown Posse last year on a one off single 'Leck Mich Im Arsch'.

Country legend Dolly Parton is also keen to work with him on some songs.

She said: ''There's been a lot of talk about Jack White wanting to work with me and I've always admired him and of course he lives in Nashville too.

''But I'm so picky about my music. I would never say never because he's so talented and I loved the way The White Stripes did 'Jolene', it's just that my music is so personal to me and I'm not going to work with someone just to have a hit.''
