The Los Angeles District Attorney has filed papers suggesting Chris Brown violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records.

Documents obtained by Tmz.com suggest Brown allegedly lied about picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a jet bound for Cancun, Mexico, and that the Chief of Police in Richmond, where the R&B star reportedly performed 202 days of service, had ties to the star's mother.

The D.A. is disputing the information on documents detailing Brown's work at Tappahannock Children's Center, where Brown's mum was once a director, revealing police officials did not supervise many of the singer's community service hours.

Instead, the times, locations and types of duty were allegedly provided by Brown's mother.

As a result, sources tell the website the D.A. began investigating the case judge's suspicions and found no "credible, competent or verifiable evidence" that Brown did the community service he was ordered to complete as part of his 2009 conviction following an assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna.

In the legal papers, the Los Angeles officials call the documentation of Brown's service "at best sloppy... and at worst fraudulent reporting".

The District Attorney is now asking the judge to reject the star's community service hours in Virginia and and make him fulfil his obligation in Los Angeles.
