Bad boy rapper DMX is moving into the fashion industry with the launch of two clothing lines, despite his mounting legal troubles. The hip-hop star, born EARL SIMMONS, is currently facing another traffic charge following his arrest last Friday (02FEB07) for driving in New York City with a suspended license, and is due in court on 14 February (07). But the WHERE THE HOOD AT? hitmaker has still found the time to prepare for the launch of the casual clothing line DMX Authentic, and the more upmarket Earl Simmons Signature Collection range, which are being marketed as 'real clothing for real people'. The initial designs aim to represent DMX as a man and an artist, highlighting the rapper's interests in music, cars and pitbulls, and will go on sale on Friday (09FEB07), according to AllHipHop.com.
