Actor Jeffrey Donovan has negotiated a huge pay rise for his recurring role in hit U.S. TV show BURN NOTICE - reportedly earning a possible $100,000 (£71,000) extra per episode for the series' third season. The actor, who plays the spy show's central character Michael Western, has signed a lucrative new deal with Fox TV studios that will see him take home $125,000-$150,000 (£89,000-£107,000) per episode, compared to the $55,000 (£39,000) he previously earned.
TV bosses have also tied another year into Donovan's original seven-year contract, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The new deal comes after Donovan's critically-acclaimed role as a corrupt police chief in Changeling opposite Angelina Jolie.
