Dr. Oz aims to have sex at least three times a week.

The TV physician - who answers medical questions on his series 'The Dr. Oz Show' - insists that is the minimum amount of times he tries to make love each week because regular erotic activity can increase you lifespan.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''I try to make love as much I can. Three times a week is the goal, you have to work at it.''

The Sony Pictures show - which has just started broadcasting nightly in the UK on satellite channel Discovery Home & Health - covers all medical topics, including sexual problems.

Dr. Oz - full name Mehmet Oz - insists he is getting asked more questions about sexual health and how to have a healthy love life than ever before.

He said: ''I've had some very interesting orgasm questions recently.''

Referring to enquiries about achieving female orgasm, he added: ''Believe me, we men don't know how to do it, if you can't do it then we can't do it either.''

Special guests on 'The Dr. Oz Show' have included Simon Cowell, Jaime Oliver and Charlie Sheen.
