Drake - Drake 'Take Care' Album Leaks, Rapper Says 'Listen, Enjoy'
Drake's hugely anticipated album 'Take Care' has leaked online a week ahead of its official release date. However, instead of attacking those responsible, the superstar rapper has told fans to enjoy the record, but pay for it if they like it.
According to Billboard.com, two Blaze-produced tracks surfaced on the internet this weekend, 'Lord Knows', featuring Rick Ross and the record's title track. The entire album, one of the most anticipated of the year, soon followed and was readily available on websites within minutes. Drake's alleged former love Rihanna appears on 'Take Care', belting out the lines "I know you've been hurt by someone else, I can tell by the way you carry yourself", over a sample of the recently deceased Gil Scott-Heron's track 'I'll Take Care of You'. In a differing approach to many of his contemporaries, Drake seemed unperturbed following the leak, telling Twitter followers, "I am not sure if the album leaked. But if it did thank god it doesn't happen a month early anymore.Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it...and take care until next time".
Although most high profile albums leak ahead of their release, Jay Z and Kanye West managed to keep their collaborative effort 'Watch the Throne' under wraps until its release date earlier this year.
