IAN WALLACE, a drummer who toured with rockers such as Bob Dylan, Don Henley and Bonnie Raitt has died. He was 60. Wallace died Thursday (22FEB07) in Los Angeles of complications from oesophageal cancer. English-born Wallace began playing in rock bands in the 1960s and earned a reputation for his eclectic range. Wallace performed with a wide variety of musicians including CROSBY, STILLS + NASH, Stevie Nicks, Roy Orbison, THE TRAVELING WILBURYS, Brian Eno and Jackson Browne. He also played with several jazz bands and founded the CRIMSON JAZZ TRIO.
