DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON has sold his mansion for $3 million.

The 'Fast and Furious 6' star has found buyer to take his Californian bachelor pad - which he bought last year for a staggering $3.4 million from soccer player Vernon Carey - off his hands but was left disappointed when he was forced to accept $500,000 less than the original asking price.

The 13,353 square-foot plush property, which is just north of Miami, California, comes with six custom-built bedrooms, six bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen complete with state-of-the art chef-style appliances and marble floors throughout.

The property has an impressive media room for nights needed to unwind and a spacious resort-style pool for some energetic laps outside, and for those family parties in the summer months, the garden offers a built-in grill and six-car garage to cater for those posh motors.

The mansion is hidden behind large iron gates, which open out onto an artistic water fountain in the centre of the drive way and has some adventurous landscaping on show.

The 41-year-old actor also recently sold his 9,120 square-foot Beverly Hills estate in California for a hefty sum of $4.9 million, which came with a private barber shop and a spa.
