Elvis Presley's Granddaughter Riley Keough All Shook Up With New Fiancee
Elvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough has reportedly got engaged to her partner Alex Pettyfer after just six months together, according to reports. Keough is the daughter of Presley's daughter Lisa-Marie Presley, former singer and actress who at one stage was married to the King of Pop Michael Jackson, and in an echo of the hasty consecration of that union it would be appear that the 22 year-old too is a fan of acting fast in matters of the heart.
Us Magazine reports that Keough and Pettyfer met on the set of the upcoming male stripper flick 'Magic Mike,' and were snapped kissing by October of last year. Last week the couple were photographed again having lunch in Los Angeles, with Keough sporting what appears to be an engagement ring. Previously she's dated Jonah Hill and Ryan Cabrera whilst 21 year-old Pettyfer has been involved in the past with actresses Emma Roberts and DIANA AGRON.
Her mother Lisa-Marie's personal life for a time overshadowed anything she'd done in her career - despite the star going on to release a top five charting US album and being lauded quite justifiable for various activism and protest campaigns. Presley was married to Riley's father DANNY KEOUGH when just 20 in 1988, however six years later she flew to the Dominican Republic in order to get a quick divorce, getting married to Jackson just 20 days later. That marriage to soon soured amongst huge media scrutiny however and the pair went their separate ways in early 1996.
