Broadway producer Eric Nederlander has reached a child custody agreement with his estranged wife.
Nederlander wed psychologist Lindsey Kupferman in 2004 but she filed for divorce in late 2008 - just weeks after their daughter Mira was born.
The former couple has been locked in a bitter court battle ever since, however, on Thursday (24May12), the pair appeared at Manhattan Civil Court and reached a settlement on all custody and visitation issues relating to the young girl, now four.
The theatre scion's lawyer, Bernard Clair, tells the New York Daily News, "The parties are very pleased that they were able to reach a settlement, the details of which shall remain confidential."
Nederlander has been struggling with legal issues as of late - he's been in criminal court three times over the last year for allegedly violating his ex-girlfriend Nancy Okun's restraining order. His most recent arrest occurred on Monday (21May12).
