Eva Longoria appeared on stage at the MTV European Music Awards on Monday (7th November 2010) dressed in a ham costume as part of an apparent 'ode' to Lady GaGa, however, the 'Poker Face' star was less than impressed, reports the UK's Daily Mirror.
Desperate Housewives' star Longoria bounded on stage as a giant piece of ham, poking fun at Gaga's infamous 'meat dress' that she wore to the MTV Video Music Awards in September. The 35-year-old told the audience, "Lady Gaga couldn't be here tonight but she left this dress backstage. Who knew Spanish ham was one of my colours?" Gaga was on tour at the time and accepted her three awards via video link, however, the flamboyant singer was apparently unimpressed with Longoria's stunt, a source close to the star said, "Gaga didn't find it funny and said that Eva should find her own gimmicks".
Longoria hosted the show alongside Evan Rachel Wood, and Johnny Knoxville, and live performances came from the likes of Kings Of Leon, Miley Cyrus and Bon Jovi.
