A Kenny Chesney fan was arrested on Wednesday (15Feb12) for trespassing on the country singer's property in Tennessee.
California resident Melissa Mansfield was taken into custody in the early hours of Wednesday after authorities spotted her near Chesney's swimming pool at his hilltop home outside of Nashville.
Investigators suspect Mansfield jumped over a fence to gain access to his estate. She was charged with trespassing and public intoxication, according to the Associated Press.
Chesney's publicist insists the I Go Back hitmaker was not at home at the time of the incident.
