Singer/songwriter Ben Folds and British author Nick Hornby have teamed up to record a new album together.
The odd couple recorded a demo of comedy tune Levi Johnston Blues in 2009, and now the High Fidelity writer and the pop star are hitting the studio again.
Lonely Avenue will feature Folds' music and Hornby's lyrics.
Hornby says, "I want to collaborate with all the talented people I can find, and I've always been a big fan of Ben Folds' music."
Lonely Avenue will be released in September (10).
