Gallagher Ready With Next Album

Oasis star Noel Gallagher has written the band's next LP - just weeks after the rockers released their DIG OUT YOUR SOUL album.
The group released their seventh studio album earlier this month (Oct08), which shot to the top of the U.K. charts.
But Gallagher hasn't been riding on the wave of his latest success - he has prepared most of the band's follow-up material and is working on a solo project.
And the star promises the new songs are a radical departure from the usual Oasis riffs.
He tells Billboard magazine, "They all seem to be based around the same four or five chords. It's vastly different from what Dig Out Your Soul is.
"There's stuff about soldiers and religious people and rock stars and travellers. They seem to be all songs about people, but not people I know. And they all seem to have a narrative; it's kind of like a story which follows on from song to song."
