Gary Dourdan looks like he might be in trouble with the law again if recent reports are anything to go by. Dourdan made his name playing the character of Warrick Brown in hit American show 'Csi: Crime Scene Investigation' with Brown's job role being on the right side of the law; that didn't stop Dourdan's character flirting with crime however and in the lead up to his death in the show's ninth season he was being questioned on suspicion of murder.
Thankfully Dourdan's own crime isn't quite as serious as that, but it's certainly substantial, with entertainment website Tmz reporting that the actor faces foreclosure following acquisition of documents that reveal the star defaulted his mortgage after missing a payment date on July 1st. Dourdan apparently owes $61,558.90 as of September 28th this year on a house he bought in Venice, Italy for $922,000 back in 2004.
More distressingly for Dourdan this is the third time he's found himself up before the law this year, with previous arrests being made after he broke his girlfriend's nose as well as being taken in on possession of ecstasy, both incidents occurring this summer. Dourdan's career has stalled since leaving 'Csi', a bit-part role in the film 'Jumping The Broom' among the little he has to show acting-wise for his 2011.
