Oh fuck off all of you! Gerard Way is a legend and doesn't need to use Michael Jackson's name for attention. He's changed the lives of many for the better with his astounding and uplifting music and is entitled to his own opinion. I find it pathetic that people are trying to find any excuse to portray him in a negative manner but then always get proved wrong anyway. First the daily mail and now Michael Jackson fans. Leave him the fuck alone.

Why do I get the feeling that Gerard Way is just another celebrity using the name of of Michael Jackson just to get a little bit of attention for himself?

Let's recall there were NO painkillers in the household or in his system when he died--the only "painkiller" in the house was some aspirin. Michael's death is a direct result of greed and Conrad Murray. Conrad Murray knew what he was doing was wrong and useless. He knew it was dangerous and given no resuscitation equipment or medications, no crash cart, not even some basic monitoring devices--it was death. Let's recall Dr. Patrick Treacy said Michael would not even let him give him midazolam at the house for a needed procedure--Michael was careful and not seeking drugs. In 18 months things did not change--Murray is an underhanded liar, just as he is lying about the benzos not sedating him that morning. Murray knew the dangers of all the medications he ordered and administered to Michael, he knew how to do CPR and he knew how to call 911. He knew what could happen. So why didn't he prevent it? Malice, anyone? Michael did not die a drug addict or addicted to drugs--he died from medications administered to him by a physician who knew he was doing everything wrong and had completely control given the situation. The word "addict" should not be attached to Michael's name--period.

To Mr Gerard Way, Michael Jackson did not have a dependency on painkillers. He did seek rehabilitation for this very dependency back in 1993 but that is the only documented information. To assume he continued to live with that dependency is misinformed and unfounded.Michael Jackson’s tragic death was as a direct result of an incompetent doctor who administered a drug outside of a normal hospital setting without proper medical equipment or staff as back-up. This same doctor also left his one and only patient alone and unmonitored to attend to personal business and when he discovered that this patient entrusted to his care was in difficulty, he didn’t know how to perform CPR correctly (worse, given he is a cardiologist), panicked and then tried to cover his tracks and skipped off before the police eventually caught up with him.My advice to anyone would be not to get involved with a healthcare professional, who doesn’t give you more than a fleeting thought when his own personal life has more value than your well-being. That’s dicing with death.I applaud you for quitting your drug-fuelled lifestyle. I hope your example benefits many of your colleagues who find themselves in that same terrible situation.

Michael Jackson, they are still saying all sorts of negative things about you, but I say, continue to rest in the peace that you deserve.
