Ginnifer Goodwin - Ginnifer Goodwin Desperate To Get Snow White On Tv
Walk the Line star Ginnifer Goodwin is begging TV executives at ABC to pick up the pilot for her new Snow White drama - because she thinks it's riveting television.
The actress signed on for the project, created by Lost writers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, without seeing a script - because she was such a big fan of the desert island drama they scripted.
And now she's desperate for TV viewers to see the pilot.
She says, "It's magical. It's incredible. I can't remember the last time I was so excited about something... She's (character) the human on whom the fairytale character (Snow White) is based. She's very flawed and left-of-centre... It's very Lost-ish."
"I'm praying to the gods of Abc, I'm lighting candles..."
And Goodwin admits one of the reasons she's keen for the show to do well is it will allow her to spend more time with Lost's writers.
She adds, "It probably exhausting for them because I don't ever wanna talk about our project; I want to ask them questions about Lost."
Kitsis and Horowitz stunned their Snow White star when they allowed her access to their storage treasure trove of Lost props - and let her take bottles of water from the set home.
She says, "They're at my house, like, on a shelf and I don't let anyone touch them."
