Gospel Star Jessy Dixon Dies In Chicago

Gospel star Jessy Dixon has died at his home in Chicago, Illinois. He was 73.
The singer/songwriter, who frequently collaborated with Paul Simon and was once a member of Earth Wind and Fire, composed gospel standards like Sit At His Feet and be Blessed, I Love to Praise His Name and I Am Redeemed.
The multiple Grammy Award nominee was a regular on fellow songwriter Bill Gaither's U.S. gospel TV show.
