Halle Berry - Halle Berry Gets Restraining Order Against Man
A man arrested for trespassing on Halle Berry's Los Angeles property has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her daughter Nahla at all times.
Halle Berry has been granted a restraining order against a man found on her property three times in recent days.
Judge Carol Boas Goodson from the Los Angeles Superior Court has issued a temporary order against 27-year-old Richard A. Franco to stay at least 100 yards away from the Oscar-winning actress and her three-year-old daughter Nahla at all times.
In court papers, Halle - who first spotted Richard at her property on Sunday (10.07.11) when he was standing on The Other Side of a glass door in her kitchen, but had previously jumped a wall at her home in Los Angeles on Saturday (09.07.11) when her manager scared him away - claimed she was "extremely" nervous about him getting so close to her.
She said: "This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love."
Richard - who has a history of violence and drug offences - was arrested on suspicion of stalking on Monday (12.07.11), and was found with a book with "nonsensical ramblings" and Halle's name in handwriting.
He is thought to be still in custody, with bail set at $150,000.
