Halle Berry was "vomiting" on the set of her latest movie 'The Hive' this week, after taking a nasty fall and hitting her head on concrete. The actress - who has a history of on-set accidents - was taken to hospital in an ambulance, though checked out shortly afterwards, reports Tmz.com.
Though Berry appeared to be okay after the fall, she soon began vomiting - a sure sign of concussion - and was advised by aides to go to hospital. The star's spokesman said, "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, 'The Hive'. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned". Perhaps best known for her role as Jinx in the James Bond flick 'Die Another Day', Berry won an Oscar in 2002 for her role in 'Monster's Ball'. She is currently engaged to the French actor Olivier Martinez, who confirmed plans to marry back in March. The actress has been married twice before, and has a young daughter with the Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, though the pair are currently embroiled in a bitter custody dispute.
The actress has a couple of projects in development, including 'The Hive', about a 911 operator who is forced to confront a killer from her past in order to save a young girls' life. Perhaps more interestingly, she'll star opposite Tom Hanks in the movie adaptation of David Mitchell's mystery sci-fi 'Cloud Atlas'.
