Award-winning director George Miller is set to receive an honorary degree from the Australian Film Television and Radio School. The director of Oscar winning movie Happy Feet and Mad Max was praised for his "creative influence and contributions of innovation and excellence to the Australian film industry" when he was awarded Master of the Arts at a gala dinner on Monday (16APR07) Miller says, "This industry is one which no one will ever master. It's a change that is both exciting and scary."
