Hilary Duff is certainly getting into the festive spirit this year, uploading a picture to her Twitter account of her bare baby-bump complete with gift-wrapped present painted on. The doodle was apparently the work of Hilary's older sister Haylie.
As well as the image, the singer and actress wished fans a "Happy Holiday", before tweeting to her sister, "What would I do without you and your artistic ways?" Hayley, 26, is clearly excited for the new arrival too, replying to her sister, "I can't wait to meet my nephew. Hurry up and get here!" The child, a boy, will be the first for Duff and Ice Hockey star husband Mike Comrie and the singer recently spoke with US Weekly magazine about her impatience at his arrival, saying, "People keep saying to me, Sleep right now. Get your sleep! I keep saying, 'I just want the baby here! I want to play and I'm ready to see what he looks like". After failed relationships with singers Aaron Carter and later Joel Maddon, Hilary began dating Comrie in 2007 before the couple announced their engagement in February 2010. They married six months later in Santa Barbara, California, and announced the pregnancy this August.
Despite being a mother-to-be, Hilary has completed filming the forthcoming comedy She Wants Me, about a neurotic writer who gets into a sticky situation when an A-list actress shows an interest in a film he is working on, despite the fact the lead role is intended for his girlfriend.
