Rapper Ice-T has turned celebrity author after penning his first fictional book.
The hip hop star, who released his biography Ice: A Memoir of Gangster Life and Redemption earlier this year (11), teamed up with writer Mal Radcliff to create Kings of Vice.
The tome follows the story of an ex-con, called Crush, as he returns to the streets as a criminal with a higher purpose.
And Ice-T is keen to turn his new book into a series.
He tells the New York Times, "I wrote in a way that Crush's story can go on. I've already started on the second one (novel)."
But Ice-T isn't the only one in his family celebrating an upcoming book release - his wife Coco, real name Nicole Marrow, has published an erotic mystery novel, called Angel.
She adds, "What the publisher did was assign me someone who really knew me. There were numerous phone conversations. I relayed it chapter by chapter. I just talked forever... Mine (My idea) came to me in a dream."
