Former INCUBUS DJ GAVIN KOPPELL has been ordered to get rid of any firearms in his possession after allegedly making threats against the man who replaced him in the rock band.
Koppell was slapped with a restraining order last month (Jan10) after reportedly confronting Incubus DJ Chris Kilmore and his girlfriend in Los Angeles in December (09) and challenging him to a fist fight in the street.
It was the second restraining order Kilmore had obtained against Koppell, who was booted from the band in 1998.
The disgruntled DJ appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court this week (begs01Feb10) when he was ordered to stay away from Kilmore for a further three years.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, the judge also gave Koppell 48 hours to "turn in or sell guns or firearms, if any, to a licensed gun dealer or turn in to police".
