Actress Jaclyn Smith's dog is undergoing chemotherapy after he was diagnosed with bladder and prostate cancer.

The Charlie's Angels star's French Bulldog Tank is undergoing treatment at the Colorado State University (Csu) Vet Hospital, and Smith is keeping her Twitter.com followers updated with his progress.

In her initial posts alerting fans to her pet's diagnosis, she wrote, "Our Tank has bladder & prostate cancer. Csu is the only place in the country that cud (could) help our Fr (French) Bulldog Tank. He's getting cyberknife therapy + chemo. Pray for our Tankie."

Smith, who battled breast cancer in the early 2000s, returned to the site on Wednesday (03Apr13) to reveal, "Tank received big applause for his progress @CsuVetHospital. Appetite better and energy is back."
