Jada Pinkett Smith denies having an open relationship with Will Smith.

The 41-year-old star had caused speculation after she commented on her relationship with Will, 44, in an interview suggesting they share an open marriage.

The brunette beauty took to Facebook yesterday (15.04.13) to put the record straight, insisting the couple don't actually see other people.

Jada wrote on the site: ''Let me say this, there are far more important things to talk about in regards to what is happening in the world than whether I have an open marriage on not.

''Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want, because we TRUST each other to do so. This does NOT mean we have an open relationship...this means we have a GROWN one (sic).''

Rumours began to circulate about the pair's marriage after she told a magazine the secret to their happy relationship is being individual people.

She said: 'I've always told Will, ''You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be OK''. Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man.

''I'm here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that's not for me to do for him.''

Will and Jada Smith married in 1997 and have two children together.
