Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed the craziest diet she ever followed was for 'The Matrix' and it required her to eat tons of food so she could gain enough muscle
Jada Pinkett Smith's ''craziest diet'' ever involved eating non-stop.
The 41-year-old actress - who has a son Jaden, 14, and daughter Willow, 12, with her husband of 15 years Will Smith, has revealed she was required to eat tons of food in order to build enough muscle for her role as Niobe in 'The Matrix'.
She told People.com: ''My craziest diet was for 'The Matrix'. ''I actually had to eat tons and tons and tons of food. It was all about building muscle.''
The vegetarian actress, who is known for her buff figure, admitted that she is very careful about what she eats in order to maintain her trim and toned figure but still craves ''McDonald's French fries'' every so often.
Jada was spotted enjoying a number of catwalk shows at New York Fashion Week in recent days, while her husband Will spent a few days with Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Kanye West in Rio de Janeiro.
The actress previously claimed she hit the ''jackpot'' when she married Will in 2007.
She said: ''There are no negatives being married to Will Smith! I swear Will has to be one of the most outstanding fathers. Not only just loving him, and him being my husband, but when I look at how he loves his children, I go, 'Thank you! I made such a good choice.' I hit the jackpot with that one.''
