Jay Z and Bruce Springsteen will give President Barack Obama a last-minute election boost on Monday (05Nov12) by performing at rallies in Ohio and Iowa.

Obama will close out his 2012 presidential campaign on the eve of the election in style with big-name performances.

Both Springsteen and Jay Z will join the incumbent President, who is fighting for another four years in office, at a rally in Columbus, Ohio, while Springsteen, who has already performed at three rally stops, will also travel to Des Moines, Iowa, for the campaign's last stop.

Jay Z and his wife Beyonce hosted a fundraiser for Obama at the 40/40 Club in New York in September (12).

Also helping the President stump up support in the final days before the election next Tuesday (06Nov12), Katy Perry has announced she will join Obama for a rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Saturday (03Nov12) and the Dave Matthews Band will also perform at an event in Bristow, Virginia.
