Jennifer Aniston hated her legs when she was younger.

The 43-year-old actress admits she is much healthier now than she was during her twenties because she is more careful with her diet and exercises regularly.

The former 'Friends' star revealed at the launch of her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's new book, 'Yogalosophy: 28-days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover', in Los Angeles: ''We were a lot rounder. We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs.''

Jennifer, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, credits Mandy for helping her to love her legs.

She said: ''That was always my 'ugh', my legs. That's why I credit her for [them] - with yoga.''

And despite preparing for her wedding this summer, Jennifer still enjoys the occasional treat.

She said: ''Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation.''

The actress has been friends with Mandy, who also trains Kate Beckinsale and Helen Hunt, for 22 years and the fitness guru revealed the 'We're The Millers' star has changed a lot.

She told People.com: ''It's hard to say is that yoga or is it as we get older we grow into ourselves, but I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin.

''I've definitely watched that process happen and unfold, and I'm grateful that I've gotten to be the observer of that.''
