Jennifer Aniston has bought a Bel Air mansion for $21 million, according to the Daily Mail. The new acquisition will undoubtedly add fuel to the speculation that the former Friends star is pregnant and looking to set up a family home with her partner Justin Theroux. The Mail reports how Aniston managed to negotiate around $5 million off the asking price for the 3.5 acre property.
Her new home is in the sought-after Bel Air neighbourhood and she is understood to have some pretty high profile neighbours; Nicolas Cage, Lauren Bacall and Hugh Hefner all live locally in the same gated community. The 4 bedroom property has an outdoor pool, a spa and a guest house as well as a vineyard and wine cellar. If the rumours of her pregnancy are true, however, Jennifer won't be in a position to take advantage of those latter features for some months to come. She has reportedly told her agents that she does not want to be considered for any acting roles for the foreseeable future but has not responded to the rumors that are doing the rounds regarding a possible pregnancy.
Last year, Jennifer Aniston sold her property in Beverley Hills for $37 million, after purchasing it for $13.5 million in 2006. She oversaw a lot of renovation work on the property and made a tidy profit as a result.
