Jennifer Aniston's Crete-born father John would like to see her settle down with a ''good Greek man''.
Jennifer Aniston's father wants her to date a "good Greek man".
The unlucky-in-love actress has been romantically linked with a string of men - including John Mayer, Gerard Butler, Vince Vaughn and Bradley Cooper - since divorcing Brad Pitt in 2005 and now her Greek-born father John Aniston has admitted he would like her to look to her heritage when searching for her next boyfriend.
Asked if he wanted Jennifer to be with a Greek man, John - whose real name is Yannis Anastassakis - told People: "Yes, I would be glad about that. But he'd have to be a good Greek man."
Asked what qualities that would entail, he added: "Honesty."
While Jennifer's dad wants her to settle down with a Greek man, the 42-year-old actress recently joked that she should marry George Clooney because they are Hollywood's most famous singletons.
She said: "That would definitely shut up the world! I could call up George, say, 'Hun, let's just get hitched and have kids.' I should take George to lunch and we can figure out how to put an end to all this. Ha! Well, no."
The 'Up In The Air' actor is currently in a relationship with Italian model-and-actress Elisabetta Canalis.
