Jennifer Aniston has signed up to star in a new movie with Paul Rudd.

The actress will take on the female lead in new comedy 'Wanderlust' alongside Rudd, who she co-starred with in 1998 movie 'The Object of My Affection'.

The Script - which has been bought by Universal Pictures - was written by Ken Marino and David Wain with the latter also directing the film, according to Deadline.com.

The movie tells the story of a married couple who join a commune after deciding modern life is not for them and will be produced by Judd Apatow.

As well as 'Wanderlust', Aniston - who shot to fame playing Rachel Green in comedy series 'Friends' - has also signed on to join the cast of new Seth Gordon-directed comedy 'Horrible Bosses'.

She will join Jason Bateman and Colin Farrell in the film, which centres on three best friends who, frustrated by their jobs, conclude that the only solution is to kill each other's bosses.

Filming on both movies is set to begin later this year.
