Jennifer Lopez has appealed to a California judge for permission to take her kids on tour with her when she hits the road with Enrique Iglesias.
Under the terms of the On the Floor hitmaker's custody agreement with estranged husband Marc Anthony, Lopez must keep four-year-old son Max and daughter Emme within the confines of the state.
However, Lopez recently announced plans for a North American summer (12) jaunt with Iglesias, and she has filed legal documents in a bid to obtain court approval to have her children join her on the trek.
A hearing has been set for 26 June (12), according to Tmz.com.
Lopez and Iglesias are due to kick off their 13-date tour on 14 July (12).
Anthony is also preparing to spend some time away from home - he's scheduled to begin a big tour with fellow Latin music stars Marco Antonio Solis and Chayanne in August (12).
