Jennifer Lopez is "terrified" about the idea of working out every day for the rest of her life.

The singer-and-actress had been exercising five times a week to get her in shape for a music video but says she would never want to always be that dedicated as it can take over everything.

Speaking ahead of the shoot, Jennifer said: "It's not always like this though. The thought of working out every day for the rest of my life terrifies me."

The 41-year-old beauty also said she has a different attitude to her body since getting older and becoming a mother to her three-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

She told Stylist magazine: "Having the twins changed my body. It feels different on the inside as well as the outside. The texture of my muscles has even changed.

"I feel like I've hit my stride in my 40s. In my 20s I knew nothing about taking care of my body but now I'm 41, I feel like this is the age. I think women are looking after themselves more than ever. And we're also not allowing people to write us off either."
