I admire Jermaine for standing up for Michael in the face of an avalanche of "drug addiction" charges by the media and the defense. I think Michael was a "situational" drug user. When he was under a great deal of stress, as he had to be with TII looming, his anxiety and insomnia haunted him. He needed help. I wish someone had been able to reach him. We lost an incredible talent, musical genius and unparalled humanitarian. Keep pushin', Jermaine. There are people listening...

Anyone who is so ignorant after now knowing the facts that Michael Jackson was not an addict should be held accountable for slandering his name. The public only needs to say: Prove it. The coroner already proved it NOT to be true.

Whilst I've agreed all along MJ was 'killed' by Murray due to his (M) negligence, the Jackson's were aware of Michael's addiction 2 drugs, be same for relief of pain or otherwise. And sourrounded by the greedy 'free-for-all' quacks, drugs were dished out like smarties 2 Michael & being the powerful person Michael was, refusal was not an option & as long as the cash flowed, the drugs were served. Whoever suggested propofol, & the sleep awarded via same would have course been welcomed by Michael, & yes it (P) would have had the desired affect causing greed on Michael's part for more - but, Murray should have declined explaining the danger associated with this powerful drug. There are many people taking strong pain relief medication & rely on same daily but, GP's will monitor withdrawal if warranted due to the dangers associated - but never increase dosage. Murray was blinded by greed, fame, and all that was associated being Michael's personal Doctor - in his eye's 'he was above the law'. This story will not act as a deterrent 2 Doctors or other famous performers, there will be caution but the 'deals' will continue and I daresay propofol will become a more sought after 'underground' drug given the publicity via the trial. Where there is money, there will be a way.
