Jim Carrey has put his Beach House up for sale for $13.95 million.

'The Mask' actor's property, located in the star-studded exclusive Malibu Colony enclave, is listed as ''priced for immediate sale'' and boasts five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms spanning 2,866 square-feet.

The building also boasts maid's quarters and a rooftop deck complete with hot tub and stunning views.

Jim is set to make a huge profit on the property, which he bought for $9.75 million in October 2002.

The 'Bruce Almighty' funnyman is now residing in his Brentwood, Los Angeles property and is reportedly looking at penthouses in New York City.

The 50-year-old star may well be house hunting in New York so he can focus more on one of his hobbies, as he previously revealed he has an art studio in the city.

He said: ''I paint a lot and this is a huge passion for me. So when I'm not acting, I wake up every morning, have my coffee and I pick up a paint brush.

''I have a studio in New York. I've leaked out a couple of little things here and there.

''I have a painting I'm doing. I can't wait to get back because I have around five more days work on it. It's 16ft tall and 12ft wide and it's a black light painting. It's viewable in the daylight, but when you turn the black lights on it lights up and people come out of the dark.''
