Country star Joe Nichols is set become a new dad.
The Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off singer and his wife Heather are expecting their first child together this spring (12).
She tells People.com, "After trying to have a baby for so long, we are thrilled to announce that I am pregnant."
And the country star couldn't be more excited, adding, "I have to give all the credit to my wife - she has been a trooper through all of this, and I am so happy."
The couple wed in 2007.
Nichols is already a father to daughter Ashelyn, 13, from a previous relationship.
