John Travolta stunned trainspotters in the U.K. when he visited a traditional steam railway with his young son.

The Pulp Fiction star is currently in Britain to shoot scenes for a new movie and decided to visit a tourist attraction in Bedfordshire, England during a day off on Wednesday (26Jun13).

The actor and his son Benjamin, two, arrived at the narrow gauge railway system in the tiny market town of Leighton Buzzard and climbed aboard a steam train for a ride.

Staff at the facility said Travolta and Benjamin spent an hour on the train and the actor promised they would "try to come again in future" as they left.
