Michael Jackson - Judge Rejects Conrad Murray's Request For Freedom

Michael Jackson's former physician DR. Conrad Murray has lost his bid for freedom as he appeals his involuntary manslaughter conviction.
The medic was sentenced to serve four years behind bars last year (11) after a jury found him guilty of administering the fatal dose of anaesthetic Propofol, which cost the King of Pop his life in 2009.
He is fighting to overturn the verdict and filed court papers last month (Jan12) asking to be released on bail or placed under house arrest at his girlfriend Nicole Alvarez's home pending the result of his appeal.
But on Friday (24Feb12), Judge Michael Pastor ruled in favour of prosecutors David Walgren and Deborah Brazil, who claimed the doctor had not showed any remorse for his treatment of Jackson and alleged that he was still a flight risk due to his lack of family or business ties to Los Angeles.
Judge Pastor also admitted he was concerned by the fact that Murray thought using surgical anaesthetic Propofol in a home setting was fine, and he denied the doctor's request for bail.
Murray is hoping to prove his tragic patient died from financial stress and recklessly gambled with his life by self-administering the fatal dose of Propofol in June, 2009.
Meanwhile, the Thriller superstar's sister La Toya Jackson has spoken out about Murray's appeal.
During an appearance on U.S. programme The Wendy Williams Show, which aired on Friday (24Feb12), La Toya said, "I know that he (Murray) is appealing this (verdict)... I think he's where he belongs, you don't do things like this."
Asked if he should serve more time in jail, she replied, "Absolutely, absolutely."

YIPPY! Michael's family, friends, and fans from all over the world deserves this verdict. I don't really care what he is trying to prove to get his a$$ out of jail, it still hurts my heart to try and imagine MJ being left alone in that room not able to breathe and couldn't call out to the one person who was getting overpaid to be there to take care of him, because one of his "instruments" was more important than his patient, yet this person still has no remorse and is still blaming MJ for his own death. How could anyone have been in that room and watch that body unresponsive and have this kind of reaction?

Thank you, once again, David Walgren and Judge Pastor! You are reaching TMes status. Poor Conrad Murray - he's lost 30lbs. Hey, Murray, in case it's slipped your mind, Michael Jackson lost his life and his children lost their father. You are right where you deserve to be.

Alejuja!, Thank you Mr Pastor for rejected Murray's request! He doesn't deserve to released and placed under house arrest!, NO WAY! Murray should be glad that he didn't get more years behind bars -, 4 years is not enough for killing a human being. Love Judge Pastor , he is a very fair judge! Thank you again and also I would like to thank , David Walgren and his wonderful an assistant. God bless you ALL

does twit of an ex delusional? the judge made clear that such heionus, made murray a serious threat to the public at laege. as part of the judge pastor stipulated, murray deserved a stiffer penalty, however, the new act in ca prevented a sentence, therefore, his hands were tied, mandatetd the ridicolousy a pitiful encarceration of only 4 yrs the judge as quite was crystal cear on this point, asking mrray understood every word contained in the sentecing, to which murray acquessed. because time of encarcaration was so minute, judge pastor issued a stiff remunaration to be paid 2 the family. judge Pastor quoted from both a statury viewpoint as well as case law which direced the sentencing. again murry stipulated he fully understood the decision .in addition, murray relinquested his desere to b present if an appeal was filed. the case is over, murray, has no futher to drag this matter out. he can try to prove whatever, his demented mind can conjure up. the bottom line is he was lawfully convicted by 12 of his peers and sentenced accordingly. both attorney and one of the defence wittnesses were found in contimated and fined. there no procedural errors, thefore his riducioulus attempt to exculputate himself was with denied, it had no merit. GET USED TO JAIL,MURRAY,YOU RE GOING TO BE THERE FOR EVERY DAY OF FOUR YEARS. IT S TIME TO PUT THE MATTER TO BED.YOURE WASTING THE COURTS TIME
