Juno Temple thinks Matthew Mcconaughey is a mind-blowing actor.

The 23-year-old actress - who has been shortlisted for the 2013 EE Rising Star Award alongside Elizabeth Olsen, Suraj Sharma, Andrea Riseborough and Alicia Vikander - had a blast working with Matthew on last year's disturbing thriller 'Killer Joe' and says the 'Magic Mike' hunk was incredibly supportive on set.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at BAFTA's HQ in London, Juno said: ''I had an amazing time working with Matthew McConaughey. He was very kind to me and very encouraging and I would work with him again at the drop of a hat. He's so committed. He's extraordinary. He's going to blow everyone's minds. He's amazing!''

Matthew has recently hit the headlines for shedding a shocking amount of weight to play an AIDS sufferer in 'Dallas Buyers Club', a level of commitment that Juno admires.

The quirky actress is adamant she wouldn't hesitate to completely overhaul her image for the sake of her art, saying: ''Absolutely, I'd go that far for a role. A complete transformation! Why not? I mean, this is what we do, pretend to be other people.''

Juno has had a busy year with roles in 'Horns' alongside Daniel Radcliffe and 'The Dark Knight Rises', but she admits working on 2014's fantasy flick 'Maleficent' with Angelina Jolie and British icons Imelda Staunton and Leslie Manville was a personal highlight.

She revealed: ''She's lovely, I haven't had a bad experience. I didn't really film with her sadly, all my stuff was motion capture so I filmed with a lot of Styrofoam! But mostly with Imelda Staunton and Leslie Manville, who are amazing - brilliant, hysterical, brave, fabulous actresses. I had the best time with them!''

Voting is now open to the public at ee.co.uk/bafta and the winner will be announced at the EE British Academy Film Awards ceremony on Sunday 10 February 2013.
